Trivet Set Made From Recycled Rubber

Made in U.S.A
Made Resistant
Recycled Materials

Have you ever folded up a towel to use as a trivet? Chances are, you were disappointed with the results and perhaps have a blemished tabletop to show for it. Be confident about protecting your surfaces with this chic set of three trivets created by a master designer/architect and made from quality recycled rubber.

Use one alone under a small dish or put all three sand-colored hexagons together to hold a large pot or casserole dish and know your surface will remain unscathed. The recycled rubber is both heat-resistant and stain-proof and cleanup is easy. Simply wash with warm water and soap and pat to dry. Trivets measure 6” long x 5.25” wide x 0.25” thick.

Using Discarded Materials To Create Beautiful Objects

Created by Arrielle, architect and designer, this women-owned company is an award-winning design studio based in New York. Their work is rooted in a fascination with materials and how they are brought together. Using unexpected juxtapositions and thoughtful design, they create beautiful pieces that transform the way people experience the world. Their process begins in the material, with an interest in exposing the very tactile nature of making, while creating pure forms bound together by geometry and precision.

The materials they use are recycled and long-lasting, breathing new life cycles into materials otherwise relegated to waste. There are some preconceived notions of what something ‘green’ or ‘eco’ has to look like and their products propose an alternative to that. Their work looks at discarded materials and strives to give them new meaning by using recycled or remnant materials but in an entirely new way.
